These terms govern the Ampere Creative Group Referral Program (the "Program"). We wrote them to be as readable as possible while still covering the details that matter. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, reach out and we will walk you through it.

1. Program Sponsor

The Program is offered by Ampere Creative Group, based in Bloomfield, Iowa ("Ampere," "we," "us," or "our"). We may be reached at hello@amperecreativegroup.com for any questions about the Program or these terms.

2. Definitions

Referrer: Any individual who introduces a business or business owner to Ampere and is named by that business at the time of purchase. You do not need to be an existing client of Ampere to be a Referrer, and no registration or sign-up is required.

Qualified Referral: A business or business owner that (a) has not previously worked with Ampere, (b) is not currently in discussions, negotiations, or any stage of the sales or onboarding process with Ampere at the time of the referral, and (c) completes a purchase of one or more Ampere services. We keep records of our inquiries and conversations, and our records are the deciding factor in determining whether a business was already in process with us.

Completed Purchase: A signed agreement between the referred business and Ampere for one or more services, together with payment of the required retainer or initial payment under that agreement. Inquiries, quotes, consultations, and proposals do not count as a Completed Purchase.

3. Referral Rewards

When a Qualified Referral results in a Completed Purchase, the Referrer earns a one-time cash reward based on the service purchased:

Custom Software & Automation: $200-500

One reward is paid per referred business, based on the primary service purchased. If a referred business purchases multiple services at once, the reward paid is the single highest applicable amount, not the sum of multiple amounts. There is no limit to the number of different businesses you may refer.

If more than one person claims to have referred the same business, the reward is paid to the person the referred business names at the time of purchase. If the referred business names no one at the time of purchase, no reward is paid for that referral.

4. Payout Conditions

To receive a reward, all of the following must be true: the referral must be a Qualified Referral as defined above, the referred business must complete a purchase, and the referred business must identify the Referrer by name to Ampere at the time of purchase. That last part is essential. It is the referred business naming you at purchase, not the referral form on our website, that establishes your claim to the reward.

Rewards are paid within 30 days of the Completed Purchase, by check or an electronic payment method agreed upon between you and Ampere. If the referred business cancels its agreement or receives a full refund before the reward has been paid, the reward is forfeited.

5. Existing Customer Bonus (Brand Ambassador Bundle)

Referrers who are existing Ampere customers at the time of the referral receive an additional bonus alongside the cash reward: a custom apparel bundle featuring the Referrer's business logo, with an approximate retail value of $400 (the "Brand Ambassador Bundle"). An existing customer is a business or business owner who has a signed agreement with Ampere, either active or previously completed, at the time the referral is made.

The specific contents of the Brand Ambassador Bundle (which may include shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and other apparel) are selected in consultation with the Referrer but remain at Ampere's discretion based on availability. The Referrer must provide, or already have on file with Ampere, logo artwork suitable for apparel production. The Brand Ambassador Bundle has no cash value and may not be exchanged or substituted for cash or other services. One Brand Ambassador Bundle is awarded per Qualified Referral that results in a Completed Purchase.

6. The Referral Form

Our website includes an optional referral submission form. The form helps us follow up with the businesses you refer, but submitting it does not by itself create a Qualified Referral, reserve a reward, or establish your claim to one. The referred business must still identify you by name at the time of purchase. Information submitted through the form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting the form, you confirm that you have a genuine relationship with the business you are referring and a reasonable basis to believe they are interested in our services.

7. Eligibility and Exclusions

You may not refer yourself or your own business, and rewards are not paid for referrals of any business in which the Referrer holds an ownership interest. Employees and contractors of Ampere, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to participate. Referrers must be at least 18 years old. Ampere reserves the right to decline any referral, or withhold any reward, where we reasonably believe the referral involves fraud, misrepresentation, spam, or a violation of these terms.

8. Taxes

Rewards may be taxable income. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on rewards you receive. If required by law, Ampere may request a completed tax form (such as a W-9) before issuing payment, and may report reward payments to tax authorities.

9. Changes and Termination

Ampere may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time, for any reason, by updating this page. Changes apply to referrals made after the change takes effect. Any referral where the referred business has already completed its purchase and named you as the Referrer will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of that purchase.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from the Program will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.
